🕰️ Bookings
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for afternoon tea bookings to allow us time to prepare everything fresh.
All bookings and catering orders are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed with our team.
For larger bookings, events or catering orders, we may need additional notice — we’ll always advise you at the time of enquiry.
💳 Payments
Prices are listed per person where applicable and are correct at the time of enquiry.
Payment terms will be confirmed when your booking or order is arranged.
In some cases, full payment or a deposit may be required in advance.
We reserve the right to amend pricing where necessary, however any confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
❌ Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
For catering orders and larger bookings, cancellations made at short notice may be subject to a charge, particularly where preparation has already begun.
🥪 Outside Catering
For outside catering orders, details including delivery, collection and timings will be agreed in advance.
Once food has been delivered or collected, responsibility passes to the customer.
We kindly ask that all food is stored and consumed appropriately.
⚠️ Allergens & Dietary Requirements
We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible — please let us know at the time of booking or enquiry.
While we take every care in preparing food, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
